Our products are intended for adult hobbyists and collectors. They are not toys and are not intended for use by children. Products may contain small parts that present choking hazards.
Many of our products are manufactured using additive manufacturing (3D printing) and are produced on demand.
Due to the nature of the manufacturing process, products may exhibit minor cosmetic imperfections including, but not limited to, layer lines, slight dimensional variances, surface texture, or color differences. These characteristics are normal and do not constitute defects.

An order is not accepted until shipment has occurred.
Standard order processing and shipment typically occurs within 3–5 business days, excluding weekends, holidays, equipment downtime, material shortages, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Processing times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, ownership and risk of loss pass to the customer.
Iowa Wargaming Industries LLC assumes no responsibility or liability for products that are damaged, delayed, misdelivered, or lost after they have been accepted by the shipping carrier.
Shipping carriers operate independently from Iowa Wargaming Industries LLC, and all transit-related issues are the responsibility of the carrier.
Customers are responsible for filing any applicable claims directly with the shipping carrier.
While we may choose, at our sole discretion, to assist customers in communicating with the carrier, we are under no obligation to replace, refund, repair, or otherwise compensate for items damaged or lost during shipment.
Products are sold for hobby, display, tabletop gaming, and modeling purposes only.
